The 10-week Reset

Service Description

This is my most hands-on package. Across a school term (or 10-weeks equivalent), I’ll work closely with you, your child’s teacher, and other relevant professionals to create meaningful change; with calm, clarity, and your child’s needs at the centre. If your child is struggling, misunderstood, or just not thriving and you’re ready for things to feel clearer, calmer, and more supported, this is the reset. What’s included: Initial 60-minute consultation We’ll unpack what’s happening: academically, emotionally, behaviourally. I’ll review any reports, forms or diagnoses to better understand your child’s journey. I’ll initiate and manage communication with the school. From the first email to ongoing updates, I’ll handle the correspondence so you’re not left chasing answers or carrying the emotional load alone. I’ll check in, suggest adjustments, and gently hold the teacher accountable to what’s been agreed. You’ll be cc’d and included as much as you'd like. Tailored Teacher Resource Pack Includes insight-driven tools to help your child’s teacher: • Encourage effort, not just outcomes • Reframe behaviour • Adjust tasks and expectations • Differentiate assessment with practical strategies • Make classroom changes that invite participation and growth • Stay accountable, without extra admin Parent Support Toolkit Sent as needed, tailored to your child. • Emotional scripts • Advocacy checklists and roadmaps • Ideas to simplify home routines • Strategies for connection and co-regulation I’ll hold the thread. You’ll get steady updates, strategic changes, and the confidence to keep going after the 10 weeks. This is the only package where I lead school contact. I’ll initiate contact, write emails, suggest next steps, and call meetings where appropriate. You’re still central, but you don’t have to carry it alone. *Instead of expecting your child to build new skills (tutoring, coaching or therapy) we help the system shift around them. It’s a focused 10-week reset with a clear end point and lasting impact. NB Because this is a highly involved and personalised process, I only take on a small number of 10 Week Reset families at one time, usually no more than five, depending on how the 10-week timelines overlap. This helps me stay present, responsive, and consistent for each family I support. These spots are popular and often book out in advance.
